Choose one of our support plans, and we’ll take that on for you each month. Your website stays current and secure, so your time can be spent working on the stuff that builds your business.
When you have a business to run, maintaining your website is the kind of thing that can take a back seat. When that happens, the plugins fall behind, the contact form stops sending without anyone noticing, and page speed starts to drop. Each of these is small on its own, until the day a slow page or a dead form loses you a customer.

A well-maintained website just keeps working, and you stop having to think about it. We’ll make sure yours stays fast and secure, catch problems early, often before you even notice them, and put time into improving it month after month. We get to know your website well and spot the things a one-off check would miss.
We test anything we change on a private staging copy of your website first, so an update never breaks the version your customers see.
Every month, we’ll send you a short report covering your site’s uptime, what we fixed, and what we worked on, so you always know what we’ve been doing.
A few things worth knowing
Every plan is a fixed monthly fee with no long contract. You can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
Our support plans usually run on our own managed hosting, at £40 a month. We need to be sure we can provide our support services on your website’s host. The easiest way is if we provide your hosting. You can keep your own hosting; we just start with a one-off review at £250 to check we can support your site there.

Common questions
- What if I need more than the monthly hours?
- It’s no problem. Extra time is charged at £95 an hour, or we’ll quote a fixed price for larger updates.
- Can I add new features or redesign something?
- Redesigns and new features are projects in their own right and need to be quoted separately. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
- Do unused hours roll over into the next month?
- Yes, once. Time you do not use in a single month carries over into the next one.
- Can I get support for a website built by someone else?
- If we did not build your site, we start with a one-off review at £250 so we can check we’re able to support it.
- Can I keep my own hosting?
- Maybe. If we do not host your site, we start with a one-off review at £250. This lets us check if we are able to provide our support services on your hosting.
- What if I want to cancel?
- You can cancel any time by providing 30 days of notice. No hard feelings, and no questions asked.
